I bought the suction cup and the arm from the same company for use in the car. I just haven't put anything more stable on the base. I have a slightly older car and it doesn't have navigation, so I wanted something for trips but also a base for the phone in general. I had seen it at a friend's (also in a car) who was recommended it by a motorcyclist. It is so stable that on roads in a village with potholes, dirt roads, etc., it didn't budge at all. The phone is fully stable and everything is good. 5/5 and it's totally worth the money

I have it only for two weeks, with very loose speed and not in potholes. Imagine on a road that makes like a connection of the bridge, my phone has fallen off twice, luckily nothing happened. Now I put a rubber band to hold it!!!
I had the previous Ram Mount X-Grip, my phone never fell off even without a rubber band, of course the ball that holds the base broke within six months!!!
Overall, I will say it's a lot of money for nothing.... a Chinese one for 10.00 will definitely be better!!!
