The FOXMAG24 windshield repair kit is a tool designed for repairing small cracks and chips in the windshield within 20-30 minutes. This kit minimizes the appearance of cracks and chips and prevents their spread.

It works by replacing the air in the cracks with a durable resin, making the area stronger than before. For best results, repairs should be made as soon as the crack appears and before it fills with dust and water.

Repair steps:

• Clean and degrease the glass on both sides.
• Remove any glass debris.
• Attach the support cross to the glass so that the central hole is directly above the crack.
• Insert the tip of the applicator into the central hole so that it comes into contact with the center of the crack.
• Apply the appropriate amount of glue to the applicator (usually 5-10 drops for smaller damages).
• Remove the piston from the applicator and reinsert it several times to ensure that the glue penetrates all gaps.
• Check if the glue completely fills the damage and add more if necessary.
• Remove the piston from the applicator and wait for the air to be absorbed.
• Seal the damage with 2 drops of glue and cover with protective tape.
• Expose for 10 minutes to sunlight or UV lamp.
• Remove excess glue with the tool's scraper.

In case of a long crack, apply glue along the damage and cover with protective tape. Repeat the process if there are gaps in the bonding.
