Tested on a Fenix 6 Pro. It does what it says and I consider it perfect for backup charging at the office, since you don't end up filling the drawer with extra cables. It plugs into Type-C and charges the watch. I have no comment on how fast it charges (I don't care) or whether it works for data transfer to a computer (I never connect it).
