Diagnostic test for Covid-19, influenza A & B, RSV, and HMPV. The test kit includes a sterile swab and buffer solution. The procedure includes:
- Sample collection: Insert the swab into the nasal cavity and rub to collect mucus.
- Test preparation: Allow the materials to come to room temperature before testing.
- Procedure: Add all the buffer solution to the extraction tube, place the sample, and rotate the swab.
- Result reading: Read the result in 15 minutes, do not interpret after 20 minutes.
Result interpretations: The result is positive for Covid-19 if two lines appear, negative if only one line appears in the control area, and invalid if no line appears in the control area.
For influenza A, positive if a colored band appears at the FluA test line, for influenza B at the FluB test line. Negative if only the control line appears.
For RSV and HMPV, interpretations are similar to those for Covid-19.
