The BeSafe Preemie Inlay is designed for premature and very small newborns, helping support their head and body in an infant car seat. Its design allows for a neutral neck position and clear airways. It has been crash-tested with the BeSafe Go Beyond in accordance with UN R129.

The removable wedge raises the baby for better harness positioning and can be removed as they grow. The inlay was developed in collaboration with neonatal nurses and tested with premature newborns.
