I no longer use them heavily, like the previous pairs I had, but they are generally very good and much better than my previous purchase (Logitech Artemis G633). Good construction and comfortable. As for the sound, quite satisfactory!
After 4 years of using these headphones, I decided to write my review. I am completely satisfied with the durability, build quality, and sound quality. I would buy them again for the rest of my life. Unfortunately, the HyperX series (if not all of Kingston) was acquired by HP, resulting in a decline in build and sound quality, as reviews on the internet have shown. These reviews make me hesitant to repurchase it, but my personal experience with the product remains excellent. However, for someone who is buying the product for the first time and has no experience with the previous version, it is highly likely that they will be equally satisfied.
The present review is written after 3 years of continuous use (at the time this evaluation is being written).
These specific headphones are quite well-known and have a large audience, and they are considered "classic" in recent years, which means they are doing something right. Let's go through them in order:
1) Construction, quality, and cost
At a price of around 80 euros, overall, the construction of the headphones is simply very good, durable, and comfortable even in the most "fragile" and sensitive areas of the headphones, such as the ear cushions, which have not worn out at all. Another great feature is that the cable is reinforced, which helps with the longevity of the product.
2) Sound
The headphones are obviously in the gaming category, but I believe they will satisfy anyone who wants to have a good sound experience within this price range. Their sound is quite clear and is definitely a significant upgrade for someone who has a lower-quality headset and wants to invest in a new one. For gaming, they certainly meet and exceed expectations. Especially the 7.1 sound is very powerful for open-world games.
3) Negative comments
Although the headphones are definitely recommended, personally, I would like to mention some things that "bothered" me.
- Microphone
The microphone of these headphones personally left me disappointed, BUT DEFINITELY NOT unsatisfied with the basics. In other words, it obviously doesn't have sensitivity issues, response issues, or any manufacturing defects, and it overall does its job just fine. BUT I couldn't help but mention that I expected much more from a headset that is so popular in the market. My previous headphones were Razer Electra, which cost around 40 euros, and their microphone was definitely much better.
However, in no way do the above mean that the microphone doesn't do its job. The comment was more of a comparison issue, and yes, personally, I expected more, but it definitely "passes the base."
- Cable
In my case, right below the headphone where the cable starts, it got damaged a lot, and in the end, I had to cut it and cover it with insulating tape to prevent the cable's coating from being exposed. (WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE COATING OF THE CABLE, NOT THE CABLE ITSELF INSIDE THE COATING, THAT HAS NOT BEEN DAMAGED AT ALL)
4) Final opinion
Despite the almost negligible negatives I mentioned, the headphones meet and exceed expectations and needs, especially considering their price. They are obviously a very safe choice, and this is clearly reflected in the fact that they are quite successful in the market. Therefore, they are definitely recommended and more.
Well, first of all, let me say that if you see someone giving this product one star, they are either very unlucky and received a defective item or they have no idea about gaming headphones.
These headphones are incredible. It feels like the game is walking right beside you and you think they are in the room with you... insane. They isolate everything perfectly, they fit amazingly on the ears, they are very lightweight and don't tire you at all. They have a very powerful sound, I have it at 60% and it's more than enough. And all of this for only 70 euros... I come from using Razer Kraken and I have to say that these are BY FAR better!!
They are very good headphones for both music and gaming, the sound is very good but the microphone not so much. They are worth their money but you can find them cheaper.

Very good sound and microphone. Quite comfortable, even after many hours of use they do not tire. One of the few headphones that come with extra ear pads in the box! As for their durability, I bought them in 1st grade and now I'm finishing 2nd year. One of the two headphones broke today and the sound only comes from the other one, but I think it's normal after so many years.

Incredibly bad microphone! No matter how good the sound is, it destroys it. It cuts out and sometimes if you move it, others can't hear you at all. And it's been doing this since I bought it from day one. Waste of money unless you really need the microphone.
From H7 tournament edition to these. The difference is for the worse. I wonder how you recommend them. The H7 have amazing and balanced sound. These remind me of lower category headphones. I regret spending 80€. I will try to fix the H7 and keep them as backup.
I've had them for about 4 years. Tremendous acoustics overall, very lightweight headset, you forget you're wearing them 10/10. Build quality 9/10, the leather on the ears wears out after a year of use but they give you fabric replacements to replace them. Personally, I've tested them quite a bit and I wouldn't say I'm very careful with my things, meaning they've taken a beating. They have a long USB cable which is a plus for me, and of course their own sound card! The best gaming headset for FPS games on the market, I've tried almost all gaming headsets, if you mainly play FPS games, get them with your eyes closed! It's perfect. After 3 months of use, nothing has broken. The sound canceling is awesome, exactly what I was looking for. The best for their price.
Well, after quite a bit of searching for wired over-ear headphones, I ended up with the HyperX Cloud II for €80 (they're amazing and even have a USB sound card for better audio than the motherboard). Due to availability (I wanted the HyperX Alpha but they were over €120 and not the Alpha S with USB sound which are comparable to the Cloud II), I got the Cloud II and tried them out at home. They were great, but as I was browsing for headphones on my PC, I saw the Alpha at Stackhouse Plaisio for €40 without a microphone and 3.5mm cable (which I already had). They were practically new, so I went back to the store and got them again. They were comfortable on my head and had clearer audio than the Cloud II. After trying out my headphones and reading comments, I wanted to improve the volume and quality, so I started looking for a sound card. I wasn't sure what to get since I'm not familiar with kHz and dB, but I decided to take a risk and get something cheaper. I was torn between the G1, Play 3, and Play 4, but I ended up getting the Play 4 and I'm glad I did. The volume and quality were almost 50% better, and the bass was stronger. I didn't bother with the Creative software and I didn't read up on it either. Also, the connection is Type-C and it comes with a classic USB adapter. As for mobile devices, I connected it to my Samsung Galaxy M52 5G with a Type-C connection and the quality was perfect at 1:4 volume. I got it for €25. That's all from me, I hope I helped.
The best and most reliable gaming headset I have ever tried!!! It fits nicely on the head, has amazing and powerful sound, but what really blew me away is how well it isolates surrounding sounds.. Highly recommended without hesitation!!!!
Extremely comfortable. I can wear them for hours and not feel tired at all. They are very durable and have amazing build quality. 4/5 because the sound is satisfactory, but it won't impress anyone. I would say they are okay, but that's about it.
I am very pleased with the headphones. They have good sound, construction quality, and are very durable, all at such a great price.
I've had these headphones for about 4 years, they're very good headphones and haven't suffered any damage despite taking a lot of knocks. They have great detail in the steps compared to other more expensive headphones. However, after 4 years, the top cushion has started to wear out a bit, but the ear cushions are still in good condition. In conclusion, I recommend them for both gaming and music as they have good bass, but nothing particularly special.
I could say that these headphones are excellent with satisfactory sound quality. I have had them for 5 years with many hours of daily use and only the leather on the headband and ear cushions has worn out.
I won't say much. The headphones are top-notch for their price (80) and I don't think you'll find better. Get them with your eyes closed. Don't even think about it, just look at how many reviews and stars they have.
Among the best wired headphones at this price point (€49), after the Razer Kraken V2 7.1 USB left us wanting, I switched to these. They have very good quality construction, nice sound quality, and a decent microphone - my colleagues have no complaints about hearing me. I've had them for 2 months and at first they felt hard on my ears and head, but after a few uses they adjusted better to my head. I mainly use them for work calls and music from my laptop, and movies - I haven't used them for gaming yet.
My only negative is that the cable is relatively short, around a meter, but with the extension of the card it improves, however the jack connection cable is too short for me.
The best value for money for 50€, with nice sound, leather and fabric cushions to avoid sweating, good bass and you can sit comfortably for many hours on your PC without feeling like you're wearing them.
2 stars because due to the USB connection, the microphone malfunctions and you cannot increase its volume. I had to download an extra program to increase the volume.

JUST GET SOMETHING ELSE, no matter how good the sound or construction is, if they don't fit your ears well, they're useless. You can't wear them for 5 minutes and have your ears and head hurt...
I bought them for 55 euros and from the first moment I wanted to return them, I lost 55 euros because they're supposed to have good sound and be comfortable as many say, what can I say as if we have money to spare.
TRY THEM FIRST AND THEN BUY THEM IF THERE ARE MUCH BETTER ONES AVAILABLE.
For the price of 50€, they are the best value for money. They are aimed at gamers with a focus on FPS. There are better options for listening to music at this price point, but that's not to say you can't listen to music decently with them. The virtual surround sound is a big plus for games; you can hear the footsteps of opponents very well in terms of direction.
The package includes a second set of velvet cushions (the first is leather). They can be connected with both a 3.5mm jack and the built-in USB.
The headphones are really convenient, they have powerful sound, isolate well, I haven't touched any settings and they're incredible. A very positive thing is that they have spare ear cushions and I can say they're worth the 50 euros I paid for them. I definitely recommend them to anyone considering them. If you don't use the extra cable that makes them 7.1, they won't have the same "intensity" of sound. I haven't tried the microphone, as I have purchased the SoloCast, so I don't expect anything from the headset microphone. So, I hope I helped.
Oh, and get a stand for the headphones, so that we "take care" of them for longer.
Extremely good acoustics, bought for 60 euros. So far satisfied. The only thing I'm waiting to see is if the microphone holds up, which for many known issues after a while.

MAX Value for Money
Excellent sound for FPS games. From Battlefield, Call of Duty, Overwatch, you can clearly hear the footsteps of others. In DayZ, you can accurately determine where gunshots are coming from. Overall, it enhances the auditory perception of sound location in games.
I haven't tried it, but such headphones for sound in other games besides FPS.
It has very good sound insulation and high-quality leather ear cushions that are very comfortable (of course, this comes with a disadvantage that I will mention later). I can play with the TV on next to me and not be bothered if it's not at moderate to high volume. Another good thing is that your friends in party chat can't hear what you're hearing in your headphones.
NEGATIVES:
Mediocre to poor microphone.
I changed the microphone once because it broke. The leather from the ear cushions has worn off, and the wear starts at 1.5-2 years, now at 5 they are completely worn out. You can order new ear cushions. (Of course, they give you a second set of cotton ear cushions that are mediocre in my opinion). Also, when you wear them for many hours, your ears start to get hot, and you need a short break. The 7.1 is terrible. The microphone needs to be very close to your mouth to sound clear, and you still sound a little muffled, and you generally need to adjust the sensitivity settings of the microphone to make it a little better. (through PC, PS, Xbox, etc.) My Jack 3.5 broke (in 4 years), I fixed it and it lasted another year.

For 70 euros, you won't find better headphones than these. There are, of course, the Cloud 2 Alpha, but I don't prefer them because of the lower sound insulation they offer and because they can hear what you're hearing in chat. (from what I've heard from others on YouTube)

I have had them for about 3-4 years, the sound is quite satisfactory, the bass is as needed, the construction is quite good and I have no issues with it sitting comfortably on my head. My friends tell me that they always have to turn me up to hear me properly, which is the only complaint I have about the microphone. Additionally, after 2-3 years the ear cushions start to wear out, which is normal, but I feel like it's worth mentioning. Overall, they are worth the money and I would buy them again if they ever broke.
Lightweight headphones, lightweight cable, comfortable without noise. Good sound insulation from external noise. Good sound quality.
The only negative is the headband cushion which could be better as it becomes uncomfortable after some time. The price could also be lower. At 60 euros, they are definitely worth it.
The headphones are exactly what they say Gaming. They are only for games (and for music without requirements).
I have had them for 3 months without any problems, I wear glasses with a small frame without any problem with isolation, they close very well. The isolation is very good, resulting in me shouting (because I can't hear my voice).
It has 2 types of cushions, with the fabric not having such good isolation while with the leather it is very good. The microphone is very good with adjustment in the sound card it has.
Furthermore, it did not have a program that I think is very good.
In games like Call of Duty, you can hear everyone with the 7.1.
