    Everything is fine, but it has very small straps and for me it wasn't enough to fasten it, I was forced to get velcro tape to extend it, the company could have included it, minus one star for that.
    Also, as an idea, the cross shape is good, meaning it cools up, down, right, and left, only on the up and down it doesn't always touch the knee and you have to move it up and down, it could have had two straps to fit better, another star off for that. Other than that, good build quality, the cooling lasts quite a while.
