Neon tetras are active, colorful, and captivating fish that do not have any special care requirements. They are a peaceful species that thrive best in groups of at least 7 individuals and bring vitality and color to the middle swimming zone. They prefer planted aquariums, especially those with floating plants, as they swim among their roots. A diet consisting of flakes and micro-pellets enhances their vivid coloration, while bloodworms and brine shrimp are considered ideal treats.
