Mercola 1924 elastomeric acrylic waterproofing is a brush-applied liquid with a 100% acrylic base modified with polyurethane. It forms an elastic membrane that bridges hairline cracks and resists moisture, rain, high temperatures, abrasion, and solar UV radiation. It can be applied to interior and exterior floors and walls, and its non-slip finish makes it suitable for sports surfaces.
Before application, the surface must be clean and dry. Apply the product with a roller, brush, or airless spray gun in two coats, allowing 12 hours between coats. A third coat can be applied for added protection. Do not apply if rain or frost is expected. Clean tools immediately after use with soap and water.
