Mercola elastomeric acrylic polyurethane waterproofing sealant is water-soluble and forms an elastic membrane that protects surfaces from moisture and high temperatures. Its nanofiber-enhanced formula helps bridge hairline cracks and offers resistance to abrasion and UV radiation. It can be applied to roof tiles and walls, as well as to indoor and outdoor floors.
The surface must be clean and dry, free of dust, grease, and loose material. Apply the product with a roller, brush, or airless spray gun in two or three cross-coats. Allow 12 hours between the first two coats. Apply at temperatures between 10 °C and 35 °C, when no rain or frost is expected. Clean tools immediately after use with soap and water.
