Mapei Mapeflex MS 45 sealant bonds and seals surfaces and joints, even on damp substrates, with reduced performance. This thixotropic paste, based on silyl-modified polymers, contains no silicone, solvents or isocyanates and creates elastic bonds on materials such as glass, mirrors, plaster, wood, ceramic tiles, bricks, steel and cement.
It is used for expansion, connection and movement joints in floors, ceilings and walls, as well as for bonding construction materials and reinforcing mechanical fixings. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use on façades, residential and industrial floors, window and door frames, cracks and metal roofing. It is easy to extrude from the cartridge and smooth, and can be applied with a standard caulking gun.
