This muslin is made from 100% cotton and is designed to withstand heavy use. Its fine weave (about 1mm) is suitable for filtering liquids and pureeing foods, effectively separating solids from liquid components. It is widely used in the preparation of homemade yogurt, cheeses, as well as for straining pasta (such as noodles) or broths.
The high durability of the material allows washing at 95°C, ensuring complete sterilization and reuse, which is vital for kitchen hygiene.
