To facilitate the assembly of equipment with the elastics, Actual has established a stretching ratio between the original length of the elastic, which is at rest, and its maximum length when the equipment reaches the designated strength limit. The elastics have a safety margin to prevent the risk of breaking. When the elastic reaches its maximum length, the internal safety cable is activated, which prevents the elastic from exceeding the designated length and strength measurement. Actual is a pioneer in using this system in pulling equipment.
With replacement elastics for Actual® equipment, it is possible to change or add elastics whenever necessary, in a practical and safe manner.
