To facilitate the assembly of the equipment with the elastic bands, Actual has established an elongation ratio between the original length of the elastic band at rest and its maximum length when the equipment reaches the specified force limit. The bands have a safety margin to prevent the risk of breaking. When the elastic band reaches this length, the internal safety cable is activated, which prevents the band from exceeding the specified length and force measurement. Actual is a pioneer in using this system in traction equipment.
With replacement elastic bands for Actual® equipment, one can change or add bands whenever necessary, in a practical and safe way.
