The Bodhi exercise mat has a natural cork surface featuring the Flower of Life design and a non-slip natural rubber underside to help keep it in place. Its grip improves when the surface is damp, and cork has antibacterial properties. It is suitable for yoga styles that induce sweating, such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Power Yoga, and contains no PVC.
Simply wipe it with a damp cloth to clean. When rolling it up, keep the cork side facing out to prevent creases and folds.
