Chela Mag B6 Forte, 90 capsules

Chela-Mag B6® Forte is a dietary supplement in capsules that contains a highly bioavailable form of magnesium in the form of Albion amino acid chelate (magnesium diglycinate) in an increased dose, enriched with vitamin B6.

Purpose: The product is intended as a supplement to the daily diet with magnesium, especially for individuals with increased magnesium needs – people who perform intense physical or mental work, athletes, or those who consume coffee and alcohol.

Dosage: Recommended daily dose: 1-2 capsules per day – after a meal and/or about 1 hour before bedtime, taken with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Ingredients:

  • magnesium diglycinate (used as Albion amino acid chelate),
  • antioxidant – magnesium oxide,
  • maltodextrin,
  • antioxidant – magnesium salts of fatty acids,
  • pyridoxine hydrochloride – vitamin B6,
  • capsule, gelatin.

Magnesium: 250 mg (66%*) Vitamin B6: 2 mg (143%*) NRV - Nutrient Reference Value. Net weight: Indicated on the packaging.
