What is the Matte Protective Film for CarDisplay?

The matte film is a protective surface that reduces glare and reflections on the screen, improving visibility and readability of the displayed information under various lighting conditions.

Reduces Fingerprints and Stains

Compared to glossy surfaces, the matte surface decreases the visibility of greasy marks and dirt that may remain from fingerprints.

100% Touch Sensitivity

The film is coated with a layer that minimizes fingerprints and oily stains, maintaining touch sensitivity similar to that of the device's screen.

Perfect Application

Using laser technology, the film is cut precisely to fit the device's screen. It is almost invisible, and you won’t notice the edges.

Installation Instructions

1. Carefully clean the screen.
2. Remove the middle protective layer labeled START.
3. Align the film, apply it perfectly from all sides, and slide your finger across the center of the film.
4. While holding one part of the film, remove the next part of the START layer from below.
5. While holding the second part of the film, remove the remaining part of the START layer from below.
6. Remove the FINISH layer by pulling the tab.
7. Move the protective film parallel to the screen.
8. Press out any trapped air with a spatula.
9. To remove dust trapped under the film, use DustStix.

The installation kit includes:
