What is the CarDisplay Matte Protective Film?

The matte film is a type of protective layer that reduces gloss and reflections on the screen, enhancing visibility and readability of the information displayed on the screen under various lighting conditions.

Compared to glossy surfaces, the matte surface decreases the visibility of oily marks and dirt that fingers might leave behind.

Using laser technology, the film is cut precisely to fit your device's screen. It applies seamlessly and is nearly invisible.

Installation Instructions:

• Carefully clean the screen.
• Remove the middle protective layer with the START label.
• Align the film, apply it perfectly from all sides, and run your finger through the middle of the film.
• While removing the next section of the START layer, press one side of the film.
• Removing the remaining START layer, press the second side of the film.
• Remove the FINISH layer by pulling the label.
• Move the protective film parallel to the screen.
• Press out any trapped air with a spatula.
• To remove any dust trapped beneath the film, use DustStix.

The installation kit includes:
