What is the CarDisplay Matte Film protection?

The matte film is a type of protective layer that reduces glare and reflections on the screen, improving visibility and readability of the information displayed under various lighting conditions.

Compared to glossy surfaces, the matte surface minimizes the visibility of oily marks and dirt that may be left by fingers.

Using laser technology, the film is cut precisely to fit your device's screen. It adheres perfectly and is almost invisible. Eliminate air bubbles at the edges.

Installation Instructions

• Thoroughly clean the screen.
• Remove the middle protective layer marked START.
• Align the film, apply it perfectly from all sides, and run your finger across the center of the film.
• While pressing one part of the film, remove the next part of the protective layer marked START from underneath.
• While pressing the second part of the film, remove the remaining part of the protective layer marked START from underneath.
• Remove the FINISH layer by pulling on the label.
• Move the protective film parallel to the screen.
• Press out any remaining air bubbles with a spatula.
• To remove dust trapped beneath the film, use DustStix.
