The application is simple and effective: after thoroughly cleansing your hair, squeeze out the excess moisture and use an amount roughly the size of two walnuts. It is best to apply the mask from the mid-lengths to the ends of the hair and to give a gentle massage. For optimal results, leave it on for at least 5 minutes. Using a warm towel enhances the absorption of nutrients, while rinsing with lukewarm to cold water will lock in all the nourishing value.
