Our doctor recommended it for our little one and it really delivered on its promise! We are on our second cycle and the prices are okay. It has a pleasant cherry flavor, quite intense, a slightly sticky texture when eaten, and it is a full spectrum vitamin with 5mg of iron that meets daily needs. One tip, take it after a meal with fatty foods, like fruit with butter or dried nuts, as it helps with absorption and doesn't feel heavy on the stomach. Also, avoid dairy products because calcium binds non-heme iron, and vitamin C enhances absorption :)
The only downside is that they stick together, they don't come out easily and you have to "fish" them out of the packaging.
