  • Gives extra shine to the existing color

Application Method:

  • Apply the color and then a layer of Top Non Wipe.
  • Cure for the maximum time (30") so the Top is warm.
  • Once removed from the lamp, use the special brush to buff the powder onto the warm Top.
  • Remove the excess powder and seal with Top Non Wipe.
