Application method: After the color has been applied, apply a layer of Top Non Wipe and cure for 30 seconds until the Top is warm. With the special brush, buff the powder onto the warm Top. Once the process is completed for all 10 fingers, remove any excess powder and seal with Top Non Wipe.
