Arginine (also known as L-arginine) is one of the most metabolically versatile amino acids, playing an important role in various physiological and biological processes. It is classified as a semi-essential or conditionally essential amino acid. It is an essential amino acid for children (it cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained exclusively through external intake) and semi-essential in adults (it can be produced by the body but in insufficient amounts, requiring external intake). Usage instructions: 1-2 ampoules per day or as recommended by a specialist. The content of the ampoule should be diluted in a small amount of water and preferably consumed before meals. Ampoule instructions:

• The ampoules have marking rings at both ends, where a predetermined breaking point exists. The ends must be broken at the predetermined points.
• Hold the ampoule at an angle next to the glass you will drink from (not above it!). Break the upper end gently by bending it. You can use a tissue to help break it with more pressure.
• Turn the ampoule upside down (when the solution does not flow yet). Hold the ampoule at an angle next to the glass so that only the broken end is above the glass. Break the second end. Now the solution will flow. Check that the solution in the glass does not contain fragments!

Precautions: It is recommended to consult a specialist if you are in any of the following conditions:

• Children and adolescents under 12 years old

• Those consuming many dietary supplements
