The Freezer 4U-M is a Multi-Compatible Server Cooler with an extensive contact surface and improved mounting mechanism. It is compatible with a wide range of Intel and AMD server processors, including:

• AMD Socket: SP6, sTR5, SP3, TR4, sTRX4, sWRX8

The Freezer 4U consumes only 2.88 watts, providing excellent cooling performance for powerful processors with up to 96 cores and a TDP of 350 watts.

RAM Compatibility and Clearance

With a spacious RAM clearance of 53 mm, it allows the use of memory sticks with heat spreaders and ensures effective airflow.

Compact Design and Dual Socket Compatibility

The installation height is 145 mm, suitable for 4U racks and 4U computer cases. It features compact dimensions of 156 x 124 mm, perfect for dual socket motherboards. The fans can be easily replaced to adjust the airflow direction.

Powerful Fans in Push-Pull Configuration

The installed PWM fans provide effective heat dissipation in a push-pull configuration, suitable for high power consumption demands.

Designed for Continuous Operation

With dual bearings, the fans allow 24/7 operation without compromising performance while being more resilient to high temperatures.

Comes with a tube of MX-6 thermal paste.
