The belt is completely closed, attached to itself, you can’t open it, you need to kind of get into it and pull it to your waist as if it where trousers or shorts. So if you’re not skinny enough you essentially can’t use it. And the chain can’t be detached. So I can’t use another chain or chord that I wanted. The product feels of good quality more or less but the way of using it is flawed. You get what you pay for I guess. I don’t recommend it.
