Description & Specifications

The Ruffoni frying pan is made of copper, a material that has been used for centuries due to its excellent properties. Its thermal conductivity ensures quick and even heating, preventing food from burning and preserving vibrant flavors.

The interior surface is made of stainless steel, providing durability and compatibility with various heat sources, especially gas burners and electric cooktops. It is not compatible with induction cooktops. Each piece is handmade in Italy since 1931, decorated with copper handles for added durability and unique shapes.

For the care of the frying pan, hand washing with a sponge and detergent is recommended, and immediate drying with a soft cloth. Use of a nylon brush or sponge for gentle cleaning is ideal. Avoid abrasive cleaners and metal utensils. Over time, copper may develop patina, which does not affect the material or cooking. To restore shine, the use of a polishing product is suggested.
