Heat Therapy Usage:

• Heats up (50-55ºC) automatically by pressing the metallic disc included in the package (the pad solidifies).
• Maintains temperature for approximately 1 hour.
• Suitable for warming hands or relieving pain in the neck, shoulder, and joints as well as for menstrual cramps.
• For reuse, boil it for 10 minutes to dissolve the crystals and let it cool.

Cold Therapy Usage:

• For a cold effect, place it in the freezer (below -10ºC) so it is ready for use.
