Thermotherapy Use

• Heats up (50-55ºC) automatically by pressing the metal disk included in the package.
• Maintains temperature for about 1 hour.
• Suitable for warming hands or relieving pain in the neck, shoulder, and joints, as well as for menstrual cramps.
• For reuse, boil the pad for 10 minutes to dissolve the crystals and let it cool.

Cryotherapy Use

• Place in the freezer (below -10ºC) to be ready for use.
