Tool that reproduces the wood grain on any surface. It can be combined with the use of gesso for a textured effect or used with plain paint. At the end of the technique, applying a patina gives a much more realistic result.

The hand movement should be steady and continuous. It is worked in sections, and if the result is not satisfactory in some areas, the gesso or paint can be easily reapplied while still wet and reworked from the beginning. It is also available in other sizes regarding the diameter of the grains.

After use, it should be cleaned immediately with plenty of water.
