Description

Micro USB Time Relay Module Microelectronics Board

  • Power Supply: 6V - 20V or micro USB 5.0V (for voltages above 20V, use a converter like LM2596 and set the voltage to 8-10V)
  • Trigger: 3.8V - 20V
  • Time Range: 0-999 minutes
  • Operating Temperature: -40°C to 85°C
  • Dimensions: 62mm x 38mm x 19mm
  • Relay: 10A, 230V AC / 30V DC

Buttons:

  • STOP: relay activation/deactivation (counting down - relay off)
  • SET (long press): select mode and input characteristics
  • SET (short press): display function characteristics

Programming Procedure:

Press the STOP button, select ON. Wait until 000 appears on the display. Long press SET -> Select program using UP / DOWN buttons. Short press SET -> OP blinks on the display -> 000 -> Enter characteristic duration using UP / DOWN buttons. Use the STOP button to select time unit:

  • 000 -> Second
  • 00.0 -> Tenth of a second (e.g., 05.5 = 5.5 seconds)
  • 0.0.0 -> Minute (e.g., 0.0.1 = 1 minute)

Long press SET -> After the program number blinks (e.g., P1.1), the process is complete.

Program Descriptions:

  • P1.1: With trigger signal, the relay is activated and counts down the time set in OP, then the relay deactivates.
  • P1.2: Similar to the above, but applying trigger during countdown resets the countdown to 0.
  • P1.3: Similar to the above, but applying trigger during countdown deactivates the relay and resets the countdown.
  • P-2: With trigger, counts down the CL time, then activates the relay and counts down the OP, then the relay deactivates.
  • P3.1: With trigger, the relay is activated and counts down the OP, the relay deactivates and counts down the CL, the cycle repeats a set number of times (LOP = infinite cycle). Applying the trigger during countdown deactivates the relay and resets the countdown.
  • P3.2: With power connection, the relay automatically activates and counts down the OP, the relay deactivates and counts down the CL, the cycle repeats a set number of times (LOP = infinite cycle).
  • P-4: With trigger, the relay activates, the OP countdown starts after the trigger disappears, applying trigger during countdown resets the counter.

Function 3.2: Allows operation of the module without a trigger. When the timing module is powered via microUSB 5V or 6V - 20V input, it automatically starts counting without the need for a starting trigger. This function allows for infinite or a specified number of operating cycles of the relay.
