The book “The Dynamics of Modern Employment Relations in Cyprus” has been written to address the gap in the relevant literature on the Cypriot Employment Environment.

It is the result of over 12 years of work and research and spans 560 pages, including theoretical material on Employment Relations, as well as the institutions governing Employment Relations in Cyprus, current practices, issues of concern to Social Partners and their positions, relevant Legislation and Case Law, and a wide range of specialized material on the working environment in Cyprus.

A special emphasis is placed on the background and the dark network, which constitute an integral part of many employment issues and decisions. The book is complemented by a series of Case Studies to assist in a better understanding of a broad spectrum of employment topics.
