The Levenhuk 400T trinocular microscope combines two eyepieces with a vertical tube for attaching a digital camera. Its revolving head is inclined at 30° and can rotate 360°, while the achromatic optics provide magnification from 40x to 1000x. It supports bright-field observation and the use of immersion oil.
The 40x and 100x objectives have spring-loaded protective frames, and the 100x objective allows the use of immersion oil. The stage has a mechanical scale, with an Abbe condenser underneath featuring an iris diaphragm and a filter holder. The lower LED illumination has a collector and adjustable brightness, while the coarse and fine focusing can be adjusted separately.
