Neotex Neoproof PU Primer is a fast-drying, water-based hybrid primer with a low-molecular structure, based on acrylic and polyurethane resins. It is used before water-based, brush-applied roof waterproofing coatings to create waterproofing systems with strong adhesion to various substrates.
It can be applied to concrete, cement screed, concrete slabs, mineral-chip asphalt membranes, and new or weathered brush-applied roof waterproofing coatings. It is also suitable for concrete and plaster walls or façades before applying water-based paints.
