This advanced cutting board measures 46cm in length, 28cm in width, and 4cm in thickness with distinctive curved edges. It is reversible, allowing use on both sides. One side features a deep groove to hold juices or broths, while the back side has a completely smooth and flat cutting surface.

The cutting board has smooth edges and is made from sustainably sourced, hand-selected Northern Maple Wood.

Care: Hand washing and drying are recommended. Regularly apply John Boos Mystery Oil, more frequently in dry climates and when the board is brand new. After applying the Mystery Oil, use John Boos Board Cream to seal the wood surface. The oil and cream are sold separately.
