The advanced cutting board has a length of 51cm, width of 35cm, and thickness of 4cm with distinctive curved edges. It is reversible and can be used on both sides. One side features a deep groove to hold juices or broths, while the back side has a completely smooth and flat cutting surface.

The cutting board has smooth edges and is made from a sustainable source, hand-selected Northern Maple Wood.

For care, hand washing and drying are required. Regular application of John Boos Mystery Oil is recommended, especially in dry climates or when the board is brand new. After applying the Mystery Oil, using John Boos Board Cream seals the wood surface. The oil and cream are sold separately.
