I bought it to replace a Liquid Freezer II 280, since due to its size the water cooling wasn't convenient for me.
Positives:
*Cheap, efficient, and incredibly quiet. I run it at 900RPM on a 7800X3D. In Prime95 it barely exceeds 60 degrees, in gaming maybe a core can reach ~70 under good conditions.
*The screen can also be placed outside the case with a bit of improvisation. It is not screwed onto the cooler (it is held by magnets). So it gives you plenty of customization options.
*The software is simple and user-friendly, with no problems so far.
Negatives:
*The front fan will definitely hit the RAM modules, so you will need to "raise" it higher. It's not a big deal as a process, but most likely it will exceed the 162mm height listed in the specs. Plus, it will naturally hide the RAM's RGB (if they have it). Only with low profile memory you won't have an issue (e.g. Vengeance LPX).
Overall, it's a fantastic solution. Affordable, not too bulky, quiet with a "normal" installation. I found it very cheap (42€), but I think even up to 50€ it's an amazing value. Water cooling performance of around 100€, without the bulk and the worry of it breaking.
