The Lionelo Levi Fix car seat is secured with the ISOFIX system and Top Tether strap, and is installed forward-facing. For children 76–105 cm tall, the integrated 5-point harness is also used. For children 105–150 cm tall, the vehicle’s seat belt is used, with or without ISOFIX. The headrest adjusts to 10 positions, with its height adjustment integrated into the harness.

The seat has a wide base with EPE foam and a removable, three-layer Dri-Seat insert. The headrest contains memory foam, and the seat features reinforced side-impact protection. The backrest is removable, and the cover can be removed and washed.
