The adjustable dumbbell, with a weight ranging from 1.5kg (3lbs) to 7kg (15lbs), allows for exercises to strengthen the upper body. The weight adjustment is easily done by rotating the adjustment handle. It is compact and easy to store in a special stand. It can be used both at the gym and at home.
The handle can rotate in both directions, 180 degrees, with stops at the extreme positions.
