MAX PA1 Amplifier Series

The MAX PA1 amplifiers are the next generation of high-performance, full-range, Class D amplifiers, carefully designed with high-quality components that ensure long-lasting and maximum performance.

VCC Ventilation

The unique heatsink made from extruded aluminum with a reinforced A-star rear frame features thermal properties developed to optimize and control the amplifier’s temperature. The GAS VCC (Vented Cross Cooling) system keeps cool air constantly flowing forward over the components, forcing hot air to be released from the thermal vents on the opposite side of the chassis.

High Quality Flexibility

The advanced, full-range, Class D circuit design on a 4-layer PCB allows connection of any type of speaker – subwoofer, driver, tweeter, or coaxial speakers. The high-pass filter is adjustable between 15-6000Hz, while the low-pass filter is adjustable from 50Hz to 6000Hz. For precise tuning of bass frequencies (45Hz) on channels 3 and 4, there is a Bass EQ adjustment level of 0-12dB.

Power Management and Control

The high continuous power from the MAX PA1 series is achieved thanks to a stabilized high-voltage power supply that fully monitors voltage variations from the car battery. The amplifiers also feature a 4-way protection system: protection against heat, short circuit, overload, and start-up delay. The Clip LEDs on the amplifier ensure that the correct output power is set and maintained. No Clip LED indicates that distortion is below 1%. Anything above that and the advanced circuit protection is activated.

Size and Performance

The use of appropriate cables will improve current flow. The MAX PA1-500.4DZ1 amplifiers are equipped with 8AWG (10mm²) speaker cable outputs and 0AWG (50mm²) power and ground connections to ensure maximum performance.
