Sandoz Serum is a solution for treating mild to moderate fungal nail infections in adults. It contains terbinafine, which destroys a broad range of fungi that cause nail infections. It is applied to fingernails or toenails.

Apply once a day for the first 4 weeks, then once a week until the nail clears or its appearance improves significantly. After thoroughly cleaning and drying the area, apply a thin layer over the entire nail, to 5 mm of the surrounding skin and, if possible, under the free edge of the nail. Allow it to dry for approximately 30 seconds, and keep the nail free from washing or moisture for at least 6 hours. No filing or special remover is required; it can be removed with water.
