Instructions for Use:

• Apply the powder over any top coat.
• For a smooth, glossy finish, rub the powder into a no-wipe top coat; Mirror Top is recommended.
• For a more intense effect, gently press the powder into a top coat with a dispersion layer; Top 3D Expert is recommended.
• Use a silicone applicator, brush, or sponge for application.
• Gently remove excess powder with a powder brush.
• Reapply the top coat of your choice, making sure to seal the free edge well.
• Cure under a lamp.
