Description

The elastic tile adhesive with “GEL” technology, C2TES1, is a high-quality product suitable for professional use. It is an adhesive in a 20 kg bag with the following main properties:

  • Type: Grade C2TES1 according to EN 12004‑1:2017 — excellent adhesion, elasticity, zero slip, extended open time for bonding.
  • “GEL” Technology: Ensures high workability, suitable for applications on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
  • Application: Ideal for indoor and outdoor areas, floors with underfloor heating, swimming pools, hammams, and surfaces subject to vibrations.
  • Layer thickness: Up to 15 mm.
  • Open time: ~30 minutes, minor adjustments within 30 minutes, mixture working time 4–5 hours.
  • Grouting time: 8–10 hours on walls, 24 hours on floors.
  • Strengths:
    • in dry conditions ≥ 1.6 N/mm²
    • in water ≥ 1.2 N/mm²
    • under heat ≥ 1.8 N/mm²
    • under freeze-thaw ≥ 1.2 N/mm²
  • Consumption: ~1.5 kg/m²/mm or 2–4 kg/m² depending on the surfaces.
  • Composition: High-grade white cement, marble aggregates, polymers, and special additives.
  • Safety: Contains cement and is irritating — follow safety instructions (SDS).

It is a professional-grade tile adhesive with high adhesion and resistance under tough conditions, suitable for demanding applications such as large tiles and surfaces with thermal stresses.
