    It is sturdy and well-built. It has three positions for height. The picture you see is at the highest point and the TV is 40 inches. I can't say that I had trouble assembling it even though I'm not an expert in these matters. I only had a little difficulty making the TV exactly straight but nothing major. Finally, like all these stands, they hide some parts of the TV at the back. For me, it hid the optical output so I forget about it... Fortunately, it didn't hide anything else. Other than that, it is beautiful and simple.
