The SATA99 adapter connects 1.8", 2.5" and 3.5" SATA hard drives and SSDs to a computer via a USB 3.0 port. It supports data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbps and Plug and Play operation for easy file copying.

The included 12 V power adapter is used to connect a 3.5" drive. A 2.5" drive does not require 12 V power. It is compatible with Mac OS X and Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/7/8, Windows 10 and Windows 11.
