Teasome Golden Lily Oolong loose-leaf tea comes from the Jiayi region of Taiwan and is made from the Jin Xuan cultivar (#12). Its flavor profile combines notes of milk, honey, and lily blossoms, with subtle hints of rose petals.
It can be prepared using the European method, the Gongfu method, or as a cold brew. For the European method, use 5 g per 250 ml of water at 90–95 °C, with steeping times of 2, 3, and 5 minutes. For the Gongfu method, use 5 g per 100 ml, with steeping times of 50, 60, and 75 seconds, increasing by 15 seconds for subsequent infusions. For a cold brew, steep 10 g in 1,000 ml of cold water for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
