Scholl Run anatomical heel inserts are designed for running and absorb shock with a deep heel cup and a 3-zone design from heel to toe. Enhanced arch support helps transfer weight from landing to push-off, while forefoot cushioning distributes pressure during push-off. They help relieve knee pain, plantar fasciitis and shin splints.

They can be trimmed to the desired size using the guide on the top side. To insert them, remove the original insole and place the heel insert with the gel side facing down, flat against the bottom of the shoe. Odour-control technology helps manage odours.
