This product is unacceptable. It doesn't retain the temperature at all. Food cooked directly from the pot, that is, hot, after an hour and a half was as if I had put it in a plastic container. Almost cold. I even tried a second time in case I did something wrong, what can I say really, just don't buy it, I don't even know why they call it a thermos.
