All water-based ingredients have been removed and replaced with cake-friendly oils, which mix better than water-soluble gels.

Unlike conventional gel colors, the Colour Mill Oil Blend takes advantage of the fats and oils in baked goods to disperse its unique shade. The result is bold, rich, and consistent tones that do not fade. It works ideally in buttercreams, Swiss meringue, chocolate, puff pastry, ganache, and fondants.

It also functions well in flower pastes, gum pastes, modeling pastes, marzipan, cake mixes, cake toppings, glazes, isomalt, decoration gels, and more.

The Colour Mill’s color performance allows for vibrant and rich colors with a small amount, offering an excellent price-to-quality ratio. Just a single drop is enough to achieve the desired shade, while gradual addition allows for color development over time.

The bottle features a cap with a dropper for precise use. Colour Mill can be diluted with alcohol to create edible paint. Due to its oil content, the drying process may take longer than usual.
