    The flip-up helmet is also known as "modular" or openable because the front part of the helmet can be lifted. It is relatively heavier, bulkier, and a safer helmet compared to the Jet helmet. 

    Its use is ideal for couriers who make frequent stops within the city and do not need to remove the entire helmet.

    This is a plastic material mainly used in more affordable and entry-level helmets.

    Thermoplastic shells, such as Polycarbonate or ABS, offer basic protection through deformation upon impact, with greater weight and lower production cost compared to composite materials.

The SCHUBERTH C5 is a flip-up helmet from SCHUBERTH, designed based on 20,000 hours of engineering and 2,000 tested helmets. The tests include 400 hours in real conditions on German roads. The C5 achieves impressive aerodynamics and noise insulation, with a noise level of 85 dB(A) at 100 km/h.

  • Direct Fibre Processing: Glass fibers treated with special resin
  • Carbon fiber reinforcement for shock absorption
  • New EPS with increased absorption and dual density
  • Seamless interior with customization capability
  • Anti-slip system (A.R.O.S.)
